One of CDC of Tampa’s largest multi-family development consists of 120 apartment homes located in Zephyrhills, FL. Completed in 2010, units range from 1-3 bedrooms.
The $13 million project was co-developed and financed with FHFC TCEP and multi-family mortgage revenue bonds.

Haley Park
Developed in 2016, Haley Park is another CDC of Tampa success story. This 80-unit, ground-up senior housing project is located in Hillsborough County. The project includes 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, available for low-income area residents (10% of the units are reserved for very low-income).
This development was made possible through competitive funding grants from various entities and sources. Project costs totaled approximately
$14 million.
