This Financial Literacy and Home Buyer Education program assist all underserved populations, including those whose incomes reach below 80% of area median income. At a minimum, participants will learn methods to build financial assets to effectively break the cycle of poverty for their family. The ultimate goal is to educate and empower residents to expand then achieve their asset building goals, to include home ownership.
